Am i going to have to change my diet in a big way to lose any weight on metformin? My diet is not that bad but i suffer from an eating disorder and i binge sometimes... so wondering if im not losing weight because of that (i guess its obvious thats why im not losing) but im wondering how healthy i have to eat to get thinner
Im 5ft 3 and i used to weigh about 104lbs and now i weight 126lbs. because my eating disorder has been difficult this last 12 months. I want to lose about 10lbs now to get into some clothes, and reduce my symptoms?
any advice??

My doctor told me that I needed to cut my calories down to about 1500-1200 a day to lose weight. I have read that a lot of people here were told the same thing
