Default lost confused and depressed

I had a baby eight months ago. For about two weeks after I had Regan I was in my old clothes and I looked great, tried, but Great. Now eight months later, my fat clothes are tight and I am lost. I am exhausted all the time to the point I do not have anything left in me to exerices like I should. My diet is awful, but I cook what I have time for. The weekends are easier to cook good, but the weeks are go by so fast. I have changed all my noddles and bread over to whole wheat. I tried to cut up more fresh veggies, now summer is here it is easier. But I find myself more times than not eating at 9pm. My gyno told me I was anemic so I started on iron pills last week. My biggest problem is that before I got pregnant I lost weight and pretty easy. I work out and eat great. Now what time I have is spent on clothes or just shaving my legs! Did any of you girls out there have any trouble coming back after pregnancy and what helped you the most all the way around?!?!! Please help I feel like i am going crazy with this weight!

Don't feel alone.Most Moms struggle with that.
Unfortunately there is no one given answer to fit us all!
You should surely cut out eating after 7 p.m. and try to get in some excercise where ever and when ever you can.
Not always easy,I know, but we can only try to do our best.
Weight is a constant battle. Just try not to let it drive you nuts!
