Default Lots of physical pain

I am in agony. My lower back hurts, my knees hurt, my right shoulder hurts, my right shoulder blade hurts. I'm just one giant pain. I can't sleep at night. I have sleep apnea and I can't use the machine because I am unable to sleep on my back because of the pain and the machine doesn't seem to work when I sleep on my side. By the time I wake up in the morning, my legs are killing me. My body is worthless, and I'm only 35. And to top it all off, I'm a CPA and it is tax season, so I am working long hours. I don't feel as though I can take the time to go to the doctor, but I'm not sure I can make it another month and a half of this pain. The times I have talked to my doctors about this, they act like it's nothing and give me some pain medicine or take xrays. I would like to have children, but with my body feeling this way, I don't think that I could physically have and I definately couldn't play with them once I did have them. It really scares me and I worry that I'm going to end up in a wheelchair because of all this. Tylenol doesn't help the pain very much anymore. Neither does Advil. I don't have anyone that even tries to understand what I am going through. I don't know how much longer I can take it. And to top it off, I feel as though I am coming down with something. Every afternoon, I start feeling like my throat is getting sore, but this has been going on for a week and I have yet to actually get sick, I just feel like I'm going to. If I could at least get sick, I would eventually get over it.

It's 8 am and I'm about to take two tylenol. Wonder how many more I'll have to take before the pain goes away?

I don't have any answers for you, but I wanted you to know that I hope you figure this out pretty soon.

Thanks for your replies Vivcrayon and Tickled Pink. I'm still in a great deal of pain and don't sleep too much. I finally made an appointment with an orthopedic on Mar 18. Hopefully they can do something about my back. I'll have to wait until after April 15th though for anything else.
