Default Lots of Questions

OK where to start..... I got sick of all the meds that I was on so in Aug. I started down the natural path good diet high in protein low carb cutting out starch and taking multi vitamins with high b complex and Omega 3-6-9 complex with a low impact workout for 30 minutes every day. I decided that tracking weight loss was not right for me so I put away the scale and just focussed on overall well being. I had regular periods starting in mid August and then another in October. However when it was time for the November cycle nothing happened. By early December I took a HPT and found I was pregnant, however I lost the baby at around 7 weeks. The OB speculates that the change in my lifestyle lead to ovulation but hasn't really given me a concrete reason why I lost it. He is now pushing me to go on clomid and met and tracking my temp. I really don't want all the meds, and what I was wondering is are there any ladies out there who have a similar story that resulted in success without all the meds. I am trying to do as much research as possible to have a fighting chance next time.
One of the things that I was willing to do but received some resistance on is progesterone therapy while I was pregnant. I read a lot of studies that said it helps women with pcos to carry to term. However my OB did not even check my progesterone levels which I found very upsetting.
Any advise for my upcoming TTC journey without meds is greatly appreciated.

Sorry to hear abt your m/c. But best of luck for your TTC. Your best option would be to try out herbal remedies after reading this section of the website thoroughly. You can refer to this link
http://pcosfaq.com/

Some recommended herbs would be: (to start with)
1)Vitex
2) Raspberry leaf
3) Cinnamon
4) Green tea
5)Apple Cider Vinegar
6) Flaxseed oil
7)Fish oil
Consult your doctor/herbalist before starting any particular herb.
