I see a lot of cysters taking soy. I didn't know what the deal was w/ it.
I'm thinking about starting a progesterone cream. I need to go to whole foods.

yeah, and there is arbon that sells it but I take stress tabs vitamin with iron....and its keeping me regular.

I used to sell Arbonne. I used the progesterone cream for awhile, but didn't really didn't see any results.

I have mid cycle cramping like crazy. I looked it up & it says that it can occur after ovulation & especially after induced ovulation, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Rebecca,
I realize this is a pretty old thread, so you probably already have a doctor, but to anyone looking in the future: Dr. Heather Wilson at Total Woman(At Norton Suburban) is WONDERFUL. She actually listens, and she personally calls you back with the results(I've never had a doctor do that!). It may take a few weeks to get in to see anyone at Total Woman, but it's well worth it!! I was a little put off by the initial wait, so a couple years ago when I was looking for a doctor, I went to someone else besides T.W. Big mistake! That lady either didn't care or wasn't aware of what she was talking about. If I had gone to T.W. in the first place, I would have saved myself a year and a half of heartache trying to find answers.
