The other day i felt so crazy about PCOS. The hair growth, acne, weight gain, the 3x a day pills, it was too much to handle so i cried and cried. My boyfriend was so wonderful. He told me to get a piece of paper and pen and we drew up an action plan on how both of us were going to attack and take control of this syndrome. He bought me a binder and notebook to put all my PCOS info in one place and to jot down my thoughts and feelings. He told me he loves me no matter what and that we will get through this together. I'm so very thankful for him.
