My doctor ran some bloodwork recently and it showed that my B12 was low as well as folic acid. She wants me to take B12 pills before we try the shots. Just wondering if anyone has had an issue with this before or if anyone takes B12 in pill form? I'm worried about it making me sick.

Just curious, have ever taken Metformin in the past?

I've only ever taking B-vitamins in a 'complex' form, rather than the individual vitamins. There is a woman at work who gets shots regulary, she has amazing energy after the shots, but I think its linked to a health condition she has, possibly she can't absorb it properly? I'm not sure.

No I haven't taken Met. It was prescribed, but I never took it due to the side effects. Can you tell I'm a baby about taking meds
