Okay...here's my birthday cake! It's a snack type cake, actually, a lot like a brownie....dense and fudgy.
1C finely ground hazelnuts
1/2 C vanilla flavored whey protein powder
3 tbs unsw. cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 C splenda
1/2 tsp salt
5 tbs oil
1 tbs cider vinegar
1C cold water
preheat the oven to 350 F.
combine the nuts, protein powder, cocoa, baking soda, splenda, and salt, and them together until well mixed. Spray a 9x9 in baking dish with pam, and place the dry combined ingredients into it. Make two holes in the mixture. Pour the oil into one hole, the vinegar into the other, and pour the water over the whole thing. Mix with a fork until well combined. Bake for 30 min.
Nutrition: 9 servings, each with 7 g carbs and 1 g of fiber for a total of 6 g usable carbs and 12 g of protein.
