I found this cookbook at Costco. The recipes aren't always balanced for IR, so I had to add more protein, or only have 1/2 portion to reduce how many carbs I was having - especially if I was having an appetizer & main meal, or main meal & dessert. All of the recipes are under 20g of carbs per serving.
The book is called "501 Recipes for a Low-Carb Life" by Gregg R. Gillespie & Mary B. Johnson.
