Default Low Carb Crustless Quiche

I do not have time in the morning to actually make eggs or tuna for breakfast, so I found this yummy recipie. I make this on a Sunday night, and it's breakfast for the whole week. you just microwave it to re-heat.

1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheese of your choice
1/4 cup of chopped onion (if you like)
1/4 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp pepper
4 eggs
any filling you like. Sometimes I used canned spinich or mushrooms or peppers or ham.. you get the point.

preheat over to 350 degrees
Pour the heavy cream in saucepan, add onions and salt and pepper and heat until it boils. Remove from heat immediately.
Add cheese and stir until the cheese melts.
Add other fixings and stir
Add each egg on by one and beat each one into the mixture
Spray pie dish with cooking spray - I use olive oil or canola oil spray.
Pour entire mixture into pie pan.
Cook for 40-45 mins at 350 degrees.

You won't miss the crust. For some reason, the top gets a little crisp-like and is very satisfying. This is a recipie that you can do anything with. Make it your own. You like strips of ham on the top, go for it. Want to add more cheese, have at it. Enjoy!!
