I just had a quick browse through this post and can I say I also lose weight everytime Low Carbing. but as soon as I look at a bowl or rice or slice of bread its comes running back on my body..mainly stomach! I got to my lowest weight of 75kgs (from orginal of 92kg) but I've crept back up to 80-82kg average. I've decided there is no point in doing something you can't maintain, plus wholegrain carbs are very good for you and an essential part of your diet, its all about portion controlling with carbs. Coincidently today marks my start of Taebo work outs...I'm really determined to kick this fats butt once and for all!

I just lost my post but in a nutshell Low Carb works for as long as you are willing to keep it up for! I think Wholegrain carbs are the best for you and even though I went down to 75kg (from 92kg) with this way of eating, it creeped back up to 80-82kg average because I could totally keep carbs out of my diet. I think exercise is also a great key. I've tried many but today started a Taebo DVD I am hoping I can get addicted to so I can kick this fats butt once and for all!!
