Hi Girls

Im starting a Low carb diet as recomended by my GYN! tomorrow Im going to buy a book probably Atkins, but have you seen how many Atkins books there are

Does anyone know if there is a basic book about low carbing as I have absolutly no Idea about it :o

I am not sure I understand what you mean about Adkins. Are their several books by Adkins? I used the basic Adkins Diet Revolution I think. There is also Sugarbuster and the Insulin Resistance Diet(teaches you to match carbs with protein).
