Hi, I've run across a very helpful website. First let me tell you I'm not associated in any way with the site. I heard about it on another site. Anyway, it requires a subscription - $10 for 3 months. Every week she emails you a week's (6 days) worth of dinner menus plus the associated grocery list. When you subscribe, you can select if you want recipe sizes for 2 or 4 people and whether they should be low/no carb or not. I figured for $10, what the heck, I'd give it a try. Some of these recipes are VERY good. I ordered the low carb one, and was so surprised. My husband (meat and potatoes guy) has consistently ranked the recipes at 7 or higher on a scale of 1 to 10 (only way I can get any feedback on what I cook him). And he's not on a diet! She's even made some good fish dishes in there, and I hate fish. Really, there hasn't been anything I haven't liked yet.
So what you get for your $10 is 72 new low carb recipes... and they are all good. You also get variety. And you don't have to think about what you're having for supper... it's already planned and if you use the grocery list, all the food is there waiting for you.
I suppose it would help to add the link...
