low carb Pizza Crust:
4 oz cream cheese
3 eggs
1/3 cup cream
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (i have used the kraft power kind also)
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp garlic power
2 cups shredded italian cheese (or any chesse, i use mozz. or ched.)
Beat together cream cheese and eggs until smooth... a hand blender works well, get all the bumps out,, also if the cream cheese is soft it's better.... add cream/parm cheese/and spices... blend well... spray your dish with pam,, i usually use a 13x9 pan,, depends on how thin or thick you want the crust... put shredded cheese in bottom of pan, evenly,, then pour egg mixutre on top....Bake at 350 for about 25 min.... remove from oven and let stand for 5 min..... well that is cooking you can cut up your pizza topping...
after 5 min of cooling.... put on your pizza sauce/cheese and any topping ypu like...
put back in oven for 10min or until your liking (just watch it) let cool for 5min before cutting, or you'll have a mess.....
this is pretty good, i have made it a few times,,, it is really low in carbs... also you can make this crust and use it for other stuff too.... |
