Default Low carb smoothies

Hey guys, do you know of ways to keep carbs down on smoothies? I bought some Silken Tofu to add, but havent tried that yet. Does anyone know if that is a good idea? Or of any other add-ins you like to use?

Dx with Type 2 diabetes 6 years ago and with PCOS 3 years ago.
Currently taking 2mg Amaryl and 2000 mg Glucophage, gymnema sylvestre, chromium picolinate, and zinc.

I like to make a good protein smoothie with some protein powder, water (or soy/rice milk), banana, and seasonal fruit. In the summer I love strawberries. I have just tried watermelon and it is pretty good too.
