Default low carb for vegetarians

I need to go low carb. But I am a vegetarian & I eat mostly carbs. I think the atkins diet has a lot of meat, right? anyone know any good sites for low carb veggie meals? Let me know... and I will do some research too & let anyone else know if I find something.

Hello! I bought the book "Healing Gourmet: Eat to Boost your fertility." It talks alot about PCOS and eating healthy to minimize symptoms, increase fertility, etc. It has some really good vegetarian recipes, but only about 10-15. The book was really interesting though. I found myself saying "ohh that is why my body does x,y, z." Worth checking into! Good luck!
