Default low estradiol/thyroid/pcos

I got my estradiol and FSH results back and I was wondering if you could help me decipher them.
my estradiol is <32
ranges: follicula phase luteal phase mid-cycle phase post menopausal
FSH 4.4
follicular: 2.5-10.2
mid-cycle peak: 3.1-17.7
luteal: 1.5-9.1
post menopausal: 23-116.3
DHEA: 354 (102-1185)

By the way, I don't actually know what phase I was in because I haven't gotten my period since May.
So my estradiol level is that of a menopausal woman when I'm actually 20.
What do you recommend?
Is this pcos? Would metformin help? I was reading about how progesterone cream helps. What do you think?

Sorry for the many questions!
Have a great day!

Low estradiol can also be due to being underweight, are you?

As far as getting a PCOS diagnosis goes, you have to have 2 of 3 criteria

1) irregular periods (less than 8 a year I think)
2) cysts on your ovaries and/or enlarged ovaries
3) you'd have to show symptoms of too much androgens (acne, hirsutism, hairloss)
or your bloodwork should show you have elevated androgens

I've also recently read about a thing called 'realtive hyperandrogenism', so let's say your androgens are within normal range (but perhaps on the high side) but your estrogen is on the low side - in that case you could still suffer from the acne etc even though your bloodwork shows everything is 'normal'.

If you go to the research part of this site you can do more reading about getting a proper diagnosis

Hope this helps a bit!
