Low estradiol can also be due to being underweight, are you?
As far as getting a PCOS diagnosis goes, you have to have 2 of 3 criteria
1) irregular periods (less than 8 a year I think)
2) cysts on your ovaries and/or enlarged ovaries
3) you'd have to show symptoms of too much androgens (acne, hirsutism, hairloss)
or your bloodwork should show you have elevated androgens
I've also recently read about a thing called 'realtive hyperandrogenism', so let's say your androgens are within normal range (but perhaps on the high side) but your estrogen is on the low side - in that case you could still suffer from the acne etc even though your bloodwork shows everything is 'normal'.
