Calling all Mexican food lovers: I recently discovered that La Tortilla Factory makes very good whole wheat, low-fat/low-carb tortillas. They come in packages of 10. They're small and kinda floppy but they're really tasty, and my whole family uses them now. Definitely worth investigating.
Nutrition facts: Per tortilla: 2g fat, 12g carbs, 9g dietary fiber, 5g protein. Basically, real good stuff.

When I was younger people used to tell me I had the body of a dancer. Well, I don't anymore. I have the body of a goddess.
Usually I get them at Andronico's Market, but if you don't have one near you, I would think a big supermarket would probably carry them. Good luck finding them!

I was just telling my Mom that we should go to central market tomorrow (plano) and see if they had them. I figure my dad won't care for them at all, but I'm hoping that I will like them.
Maybe I will tell her we should just buy one packet and split them. Oh, wait...they only have 10 tortillas...so, no big loss I guess if they suck!

I bought them online - they're edible.
That's more that can be said about a lot of low carb products. Try making pizza with them - that's really good.
