Default low fat recipes?

Hi everyone

It's my mums b'day next week & usually it is an excuse to break form the usual 'good' food but this year Mum has health issues (gall stones) that mean she can't eat high fat & salt foods.

She had been using trim milk since the dr told her to cut out fatty foods, the other day she had less than a cup of blue milk because she accidentally forgot & she had terrible indigestion after, so we can't even try the rich food!

Anyway, does anyone know of any good low fat recipes I could try?
