low low carb jell-o smoothie drink yes ladies, this drink is yummy i found the recipe out of the womans day magazine and i changed some things for the carbo reasons , i will list the magazine and my switched recipe.
magazine recipe:
place 4 cups milk, 1pkg.(3 oz.) jello brand (fat free or nonfat)and half-cup softend ice cream in large pitcher w/ tight-fitting lid:cover.shake for one min. or blend. serve immediately. makes for servings.
my recipe:
half pack of fat-free jello(3 oz.),half cup of half an half milk, half cup of water, 6 cubes of ice all in a blender and blend away. one serving. you can add fruits that depends on your diet.=net carbs=2 grams
ps. im drinking one now and its taste good.
