If your partner announced to you he had no libido, what would you do with that information? Would you want to investigate if there was some type of medical problem? Assume that the partner is being honest about a diminished libido, and is in his 20's. What other symptoms should be looked out for?

Could easily be medical. Diabetes, depression, blood pressure. Lots of possible causes. Is he willing to see a doc? So many guys are way embarrassed to admit that they don't want it every 7 seconds. They don't even realize there could be a good reason why.
