Well, I dont have a granola bar recipe, but, I mix up a batch of unsalted peanuts (2 cups), Dry roasted peanuts (1 cup), UNSWEETENED (organic) coconut (1 1/2 - 2 cups), and a cup of organic rasins... I mix that up and put in in a baggie and go. Its great for energy because of the protien in the nuts, a tad of sugar from raisins but good for fiber too! and the coconut (large flake) is so yummy too! I love the sweet and salty thing! You could probably by some oats (I'd by organic and not processed) spread them out on a baking sheet and sprinkle with some cinnamon and roast in a low temp oven and through that in too!
