Default Low temps without clomid?

I have noticed that now that I have to take a break this month no clomid due to a M/C my RE will not give me clomid. I am still temp'ing (and secretly TTC) don't want to get out of habit and my temps are very low compared to previous months would this be normal?

I would guess that the clomid would probably raise temps a little bit just because of the changes it makes to your body, but I am not sure to be honest. I am curious to see if you get the normal raise after O'ing though. Are you using soy this time?

No I am not using Soy this cycle they told me to set out this month so I thought I sdon't want to go aganist them and start using somethingthey did not prescribe ya know. But I am not, not going to BD either. And since I am still temp'ing so we shall see actually I still tempted becasue I too am curious if I am able to ovulate on my own as well...NOW the big question should I still use progestrone starting tomorrow as you never know I might still ovulate and get pregnant on my own you know it's possible....

I'm also not on Clomid this month and I noticed that my temps are lower than they were when i was on it. I was hoping to O on my own but I don't know if it's going to happen for me unless it happens later than usual. FF hasn't picked up an O day and my temps haven't changed that much. I would keep using the progesterone b/c there's ALWAYS a possibility you could O on your own and get PG. I never doubt anything like that. I hope everything goes well, GL and lots of Baby Dust to you!

I've heard others notice that too, that while taking Clomid their bbt overall is a bit higher. Sorry for your loss Chula. *Hugs* As far as progesterone, it's fine to start at 3dpo, so if you end up ovulating on your own I say go for it! Will you be using natural progesterone cream? All the best!

Actually I have supposotories that they gave me. And they always aske dme to start on CD11 which is tomorrow. There is some action down there like lil cramps but surely I am not gearing to O this early because with clomid I didn't O until CD18. But you all know how we pay attention to our every lil cramp or anything for that matter...

I think I will start tomorrow it can't hurt I guess. But that is what happen last time I stoppedt he progestrone due to 4 BFN test at home still didn't start so I asked for a blood test sure enough as soon as she tells me it's positive, she was telling me I will M/C and asked if I infact using the progestrone and I said yes but after the BFN I stopped so my cycle would start, ugh that is the problem she said but I did the right thing how was I to know that I was pregnant...so that is what I have to do and no more HPT only blood test I guess!

Oh Chula I'm sorry that happened! I'm curious why they had you start progesterone at cd11 a week before you ovulated... If that's what they did before though, there is no harm in doing it again. Just make sure you do a beta before stopping, just in case!

LOL! That's okay! Good thing you noticed that before using them! Those are precious supps!

With your temp drop it seems to me it's possible you are gearing up to ovulate. Especially with twinges etc in the ovary area. Women have been known to ovulate the cycle after using Clomid (or any fert med for that matter), as if it's still in our system or something.

I have found ON clomid 50mg (1st round) that my temps are around.1 to .2 lower than they were last month but i have been waking up sweating and hot flushes. Weird. I thought they made my temp go up also.
