My OBGYN put me on Phentermine to help me lose weight,I took it for 2 month's and didn't lose any.
I went to my GP and he did some blood test's to check my Thyroid because I wasn't losing any weight and Im tired beyond beleife and I work in a Grocery Store where im on my feet walking back and forth for 8 to 14 hour days.
My Dr. got my test results back and he tells me that my Thyroid is one point down from what it should be and he doesn't feel that I need medication for it and that I could come back and get it rechecked in a month and if it still is the same them he might consider putting me on something.
I'am so tired and Depressed because of this I have lost intrest in everything,it got so bad that I have taken leave from my job last week for a month.
Is there anything that anybody here recomends from like GNC that I could get and start taking?
I don't have time to be tired and depressed, thank you for any info that you can give me.

You sound like your on the road that I was a couple of months ago. I was basically in bed for 6 months with no energy and bouts of depression.
My advice is to read up on thyroid issues and get a doctor who will help you. Most Dr's will not treat thyroid until the TSH levels are low and this is not what we need.
Here are a couple of sites to get you going: http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://www.thyroidpower.com/
and maybe to find a good thyroid Dr http://www.thyroid-info.com/topdrs/index.htm
Thank you so much for replying,How many doctor's does a person have to go to ,to get a doctor's approval for medication?
And the cost's itself and also the cost's of the blood work they have to do?
Im really at my wit's end here and being tired and depressed doesn't make matters any easier.
The worse type of thyroid problems are borderline ones ... get a doctor will listen to how you feel too! Your symptoms and bloods test should be taken in account together.
Side Note - I have been taking supplimental thyroid for over ten years, so I know where I am coming from. It takes time to find a good doctor, especially if you have horrible insurance.
