Okay! Let's try to suss this out... please let me know if these links don't work for you and I'll try to fix them.
The first panel is, as you said, a measure of your Vitamin D levels. Here's a Google search to peruse about that, as there are varied opinions on what levels are "optimum": http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q...=Google+Search
The first test is a measure of your overall Vitamin D level, and from what I've read it looks good. The second test is a measure of Vitamin D3, and the third is a measure of Vitamin D2. Sadly I couldn't find values for those anywhere. I'd ask your doctor about those.

As you can see, your T3 looks a bit low; but it also depends on exactly what type of test/assay was used. I'd give my doctor a call if I were concerned. It can't hurt!
