Default Lower Back Pain

Before I was diagnosed with PCOS and put on meds I had been experiencing lower back pain and pelvic/lower abdomen pain. The lower back pain seem to always come when my period took more than 4 months to start (my cycles are very irregular). I was told over and over again that I must have done something when I worked out but I knew this was not the case. Anyways, ever since I was put on Provera & MET the lower back pain disappeared immediately! Did any of you experience lower back pain before being put on meds?
