Lowering Testosterone? How does one naturally lower their testosterone level.. last time I checked, mine was very high. It was recommended to me to take Vitex, which I did for a period of time.. is that supposed to lower your testosterone? I've also tried licorice tea, but I literally gagged every time. Lol (well, not so funny, hehe :o).

Licorice also comes in capsule form. Also look into spearmint. Exercise helps, too.

Besides those mentioned by puffnstuff you can try Saw palmetto, nettle root, pumpkin seeds/oil...

definitely cinnamon did it for me, as i saw an immediate reduction (but normal levels during ovulation) in my sex drive
