Default Lowering testosterone levels

Hi All

Which herb/vitamin can one use to lower your testosterone levels? Saw Palmetto? If so, how much, how often, etc?

I have been taking Saw Palmetto for two months and my skin has cleared up and my hair growth has slowed down ... my skin is totally soft now (never had acne, but my skin was not in the best condition either) and I only wax my legs every 3 - 4 weeks with half of the hair not growing back at all anymore (please not that I don't suffer from hirsutism though) .....

as for the dosage, follow the instructions on the label .... HTH!
