I tried powder SPI this month and nothing. I am thinking maybe I got the wrong kind. I am thinking of trying the pills this month. Can you tell me the brand you are using, where you got them and how many milligrams you are taking each day??? I would appreciate it soooooo much. Thanks, Nicole

Here's the info on the capsules I've been using:

Nature's Bounty Non-GMO Soy Isoflavones 750 mg. 15 mg to 20 mg Daidzin & Daidzein, 4 mg to 6 mg Genistin & Genestein, and 9 mg to 14 mg Glycltin & Glycitein.

I took 2 capsules in the a.m. CD 3-7. They worked last cycle, this cycle I tried the same doseage again. Today (9/4) is CD 9.
I found these capsules on the shelf of my grocery store so I'd imagine they'd be fairly easy to find.
