Jen,
I see you take Vitex. Do you have an elevated LH? I've read that you have to be careful when taking Vitex, because it can actually raise your LH even more.
If I don't get AF this week then I'm going to try Lydia Pinkham.
yes, very interesting! do you know how your friend got turned on to it?
have you taken vitex before?

My neighbor from home had a long TTC journey and she took LP for one month and got pregnant as well. When I started my TTC journey, my Mom was telling me to take some - but at the time I asked my RE and they told me not to take it. So I didn't. Luckily, I didn't have to take it... but I would look into it some more before taking it.

Rebeca-my friend started taking after she heard of it from her mother-in-law. It's been around since the 1900's? She had gone through every fertility treatment and finally wanted to do something that she could do on her own.
I never took Vitex, because I have high LH and vitex raises LH. Lydia Pinkham works for women with high LH, because Black Cohash (which is one of the ingredients) lowers LH to a more normal level.
Motorcity- I agree that natural/herb products need to be taken with caution. My doctor also doesn't recommend any of the natural herbs that I have brought to he attention.
