I was wondering if anybody has tried 'Lydia Pinkham Herbal Tablet Supplement', to control their hormones, I have heard that it is meant to balance out your Estrogen and Prosgesterone and is known as 'A baby in every bottle".
Hi Tracy! I tried the liquid kind (tastes nasty!), but stopped after 3wks because I went on a trip and forgot to take it with me. But my mom says she couldn't get pregnant before she had me for 3yrs and conceived in 2 or 3 mths. She recommended it to other friends and they conceived also. When I took it, I started having some twinges in my ovary area, so I think it was doing SOMETHING!

Well i started taking the tablet yesterday and so far its been ok ill make sure to keep you all posted on how it goes. I have PCOS and have been TTC for 1 year and nothing. So i spoke to my Doctor and she gave me provera to get my period but then she gave me birth controll knowing that i am TTC and i got so upset but i only took 3 days of the BC and stoped and know im takeing LP Tablet.. I hope they work..
I bought some a while back but never got around to trying it. Was thinking about using it this next cycle but I'm not sure which cycle days to take it. I believe it's black cohosh that can be dangerous if you're pregnant, so should it be taken from cd1-ovulation?

My mom told me about Lydia Pinkham. My cousin, who is a thin cyster and has PCOS took Lydia Pinkham for about a month and a half and she got pregnant after many years of ttc. She has a 2 year old son. I starting taking it about 2 and half years ago, but I can't remember how long I took it for. I remember stopping it because I didn't feel like it was giving me results. But I don't think I took it long enough to see full results.

Like i promised to keep you all posted. Iv been on the LP tablets for 6 day and today i got my first natural period with out provera and BC pills.
Im happy i really do hope it helps regulate my period.. :0) and i can finally conceive..
So its my second cycle with the Lydia pinkham. and they are working wonders i got my period for the second month in a row.. that has never happend. I am so exited because that means i Ovulated on my own.. Woohooo
I know this is an old thread but I also took Lydia Pinkham and Ov'd the first month! I took the liquid kind and had to dilute it in juice and hold my nose because it tasted so bad. I only took it for the first week of my cycle, ov'd late and if I don't get pregnant this cycle I will most definitely take it again. It really does work!
Also, Pinkham is the only thing I was taking so I know it is what did the trick!

i got my bottle today...i got the liquid stuff so hopefully i will be able to down it. i am also taking cinnamon. in the four months i've been taking it, i've lost 40 pds and have started spotting. it is like my body wants to start, but just won't! i hope this lydia's stuff will give me the kickstart i need!
jmac--i bought mine at walgreens. but i need see where you can buy the pill form at lots of sites on-line. i checked at amazon...

My Walgreens was supposed to sell it but they pulled it because no one ever bought the stuff. I ended up getting it at an independently owned pharmacy, when I was looking for it I couldn't find it, now I see it every little pharmacy I go into.
