I've been having problems with all over puffiness & tightness of skin, even though I drink at least a gallon of spring water daily as well as take spiro.

I read that having a special type of massage therapy treatment by a professional who knows how to drain lymph nodes can be beneficial to someone like me.

Has anyone here ever had that done? I'd love to know if it helped improve your weight loss efforts.

I thought I'd reopen this old post of mine.

Years later I still have not had this done, but I admit it still interests me. Not because I think it is a "quick" weight loss thing, but because no matter how much spring water I drink in a day I still have this problem.

Has anyone ever heard of lymphatic draining or lymphatic massage?

I've heard of lymphatic drainage massages, and would love to get one. I just never have. I tend to swell easily even when I drink lots of water.
