I was wondering if anyone knew if Maca root and Vitex can be taken together? I would also like to add in Dong Quai. Im frightened to take too much though. I would be grateful for any advice.

I have taken both together...I didn't see a problem.The maca will give you a lot of energy!! I think it's great for exercise because it really does help you with that little bit of extra push. And if you do have those off days when your worn out. My advice is to start with the lowest dosage usually what the bottle tells you to take is best. Then work your way up.

Hi Carrie,

I am wondering the same thing. I cannot find anything on the internet about taking them together. I just bout the Maca Root yesterday, and I am already taking the Vitex. I don't want to stop taking the Vitex, but I don't want them to cancel each other out. I'm confused. I hope someone has an answer.

Met.. didn't work for me, Nov 06.
