Question Maca Vegetable Powder

Hi

I haven't posted for a long time (2 years) but have a question re maca vegetable powder. I read an artical this was a good remedy for the endocrine system which PCOS is all about. Has anyone tried this or taking it?

Comments would be appreciated

I took it from April to June. I didn't find it helped me much but I also didn't get the opportunity to give it a fair shot! My dh is taking it though to hopefully help count/motility. We haven't done a s/a recently to know if it's working yet though. I say give it a try! It won't interact with any other herbs or meds you may be taking. HTH.

Thumbs up

Thanks for the replies, just to let u know now day 5 of taking it and has similarities to taking metform for the first time (which I was taking 14 years ago), more energy less feelings of hunger, so fingers crossed.
