Default Maca, Vitex, or both for fertility?
Hello! I asked this question on the TTC board and was directed here. I'm sure some variation of this question has probably been asked a million times. lol

I was wondering if Maca and Vitex could be taken together or if they would cancel each other out. Also, is it safe to take either or both of them with Met? What did you use to obtain your BFP?

We've been TTC since '04 and of course my hormones are whacky. I do not ovulate. I took soy isoflavones CD 5-9 during this cycle. FF gave me a dotted cover line, but later took it away. I had a huge temperature spike today, but am thinking that was because I started progestins to bring on AF.

Any advice is welcome and much needed. Thank you so much!!
