I took macca drops from Herb Farm several years back. I can't say it was hugely successful on its own, but as part of dietary changes and using NPC, I did notice my PMS symptoms were lessened.

I like the drops, but I've also bought it in powder and added it to smoothies.

I put 2 Tablespoons powder in 3 Tablespoons Chocolate Malt powder and 8 oz of milk. I couldnt get it down with out malt powder very good. Also use a hand blender, get all the lumps out. It boosted my low temps too.

I have heard that peanut butter can make it almost undetectable. So you might want to try that. Good Luck!

I have a friend that takes Maca tablets and swears by them. She got regular periods and pregnant while taking them. She also says it gives her a great sex drive. I ordered some today!
