I have to ask you - I noticed from your signature line that you take green tea capsules. I heard that green tea promotes weight loss. Has this been true for you?
Do they also give you extra energy? Any advice you could offer would be greatly appreciated!

Actually they have!! At Walmart they have the regular green tea fat burning pills I take them, and the Green Tea cortisol pills. They really cut the food cravings out!! Plus they give me energy!!!

Could you please tell me the name brand of the pills? I am in Canada so I am not sure if the Wal-Mart here would have them -- may be exclusive to Wal-Mart US stores... If you don't mind me asking, how much do they cost and were there any side effects?
