MAGAZINE INTERVIEW REQUEST: Women who Multi-task? Does it Make your PCOS worse?
Women Addicted to Multitasking -- First for Women
I am looking for real-life women from the ages of 30 to 60 who have busy lives and were (or still are) addicted to multi-tasking and felt as if they weren't really busy unless they were trying to accomplish many things at once.
I'm looking for women who realized that by trying to do so many things at once, they weren't only becoming less focused at each task, but it was taking a toll on their emotional health, brain function and physical health.
It would be great to find one or two women who learned to slow down, dropped the multi-tasking addiction, and reaped mind and body benefits as a result.

Never thought I'd actually be bummed out not to be 30 yet, lol. The fact is, I suck at multi-tasking. If you could read my resignation letter for work, I was brutally honest about that being a reason for leaving. I was spreading myself so thin that I was barely meeting the minimum of what was required of me (and that included my roles as mother/wife.)
Oh well, I hope the article turns out to be insightfull!

and honestly, slowing down isn't an option
At least not until I have a big ass house in the hills in Austin with a Shih Tzu Rescue...
and a bagillion pairs of shoes..
Also too young (27), and not able to slow down, ha.
I work full time, belong to a bunch of organizations, and can't say no when someone asks for volunteers. Also, I have 2 cats and 2 dogs to add to the mix. I can't just sit at my desk and work. I am always doing three things at once.
I wish I could get my mind to settle on one thing, ugh.

Kat - I am 34 and a multi-tasker. I have slowed down quite a bit as I do realize it does effect everything above but I am still engaging in it, out of necessity mostly. If they need someone for that side of things feel free to let me know.
