Default Maintaining weight

Hi All

I am trying to regulate my cycles by eating a very healthy diet. As you all know, a diet of mostly fresh fruits and veggies, lean meats and whole grains can equal weight loss. I don't want to lose weight as I want to keep my body fat percentage in the middle-normal range...trying to conceive. There are only so much flax seed oil/avocadoes/etc that I can make myself eat in order to get sufficient fat and calories.
Does anyone have any tips for keeping weight on in a healthy way?

Have a great weekend!!

I guess just figure out your resting metabolic weight and how many calories to consume to maintain your weight (there are calculators on the internet to figure that out). Fish and chicken are good leaner sources of protein, and acai fruit is supposed to be real good. It has a lot of proteins and good fats in it.

Whole milk products! Drink whole milk, eat full fat cottage cheese, cheese, yogurt, etc. Yum!

After soy, Femara, Follistim, an ectopic pregnancy, and IVF, FINALLY BFP 8/08 -- twins -- but lost baby B somewhere between 6 and 8 weeks. Hoping for a healthy singleton birth...
