hey ladies,

i haven't posted here in a long time, but i figured it was a good place to ask this question.. for those of you who are or ever were ttc (esp. with a trigger shot), did you ever have major bloating early in the 2ww? today is only 5dpo, but for the past maybe 3 days i have been very very bloated to the point of looking 6 months pg - yikes!! my lower and middle abdomen are also sore, especially when i lay on my back, walk, use the bathroom, etc. i probably have mild hyperstim, but wouldn't it be getting better over time rather than worse? i feel so puffy.

i've read that if you're pg, the bloating usually gets progressively worse, even early on, whereas if you're not it usually gets better. i'm probably just trying to talk myself into being pg though, as per usual

any input would be greatly appreciated!!

You probably are hyper-stimmed, so take it easy! No impact activity. I gained 7lbs. in the 2ww the cycle I got pg, I was really bloated! At my 6w u/s, each of my ovaries was 10cm (think grapefruit). It took until 11w for them to shrink back to normal. I'm not sure quite how long it takes for them to shrink back down if you aren't pg, but I'm pretty sure it's closer to 14dpo, not 5dpo.
