are you talking about Dr Feelgood, it comes in a little tin?

I use that and its fab. I've found that although I look younger than my actual age, I notice the differences in my skin textures and stuff and I spend more and more time and money trying to maintain my skin, instead of making it different!

I use Benefit Oooh La Life around my eyes, bluff dust on my face, and Dr Feelgood after everythings on - all this just for the natural look! You should see all the crap that goes on when I'm actually going out to shop or to a bar or whatever

I think I'll need some scaffolding for my jowels by the time I'm 40!

well, I did makeup for 9 yrs and I've tried other brands and I love and use Aqua base from MERLE NORMAN cosmetics-it oil-free and coverage is good for medium coverage. Stays on all day and cost 14.00 dollars. They have samples and give them out according to skin tone shade. I should know, worked for them many of yrs and a loyal customer. GOOD LUCK!!!

I have struggled with acne for more than 10 years, and its always exacerbated by makeup. I have tried so many brands, its overwhelming, with no luck until this last year. I've tried Lancome, Clinique, Estee Lauder, Origins, every drugstore brand (maybelline, revlon, loreal, almay, neutrogena, physicians formula, cover girl, etc) , Proactive brand, Mary Kay and at least a dozen others.

This last year I found Exuviance at the new Ulta store in my town, I'd never heard of it and the girl working there hadn't either until she started there. Its oil free, spf 30, goes on incredible, has a perfect level of coverage. It goes on and feels light but gives nice smooth even coverage without looking cakey. Plus it has this amazing ability to leave my skin not looking all sweaty and gross (I tend to get really oily in the T zone) without making my skin look all cakey. SIMPLY INCREDIBLE. I pay $26 for a standard size bottle of foundation, but it lasts forever. It also has AHA's in to treat/prevent acne in acne prone super sensitive skin like mine, feels like you're wearing nothing. I always itch when I wear foundation and this is the first brand I've ever used taht hasn't caused itching.

I also love Bare Minerals by Bare Escentuals. It's awesome! It's super light-weight and doesn't get cakey. I have an extremely oily complexion and my face doesn't get as shiny or oily as it did with other makeups. The concealer brush works wonders and hides most scars and blemishes. The brushes are super soft and aren't abrasive. It's a great investment and totally worth every penny!

I am very loyal to physicians formula. i know a lot of people do not like it, but there are products in the line that i am not a fan of either. I LOVE their Conceal RX, its the only thing Ive found that hides my scars and redness. Their Talc-Free mineral foundation liquid is awesome. I am allergic to just about every brand that I have tried, especially around my eyes. Ive found that physicians formula is the ONLY eye-makeup I can wear...so I figured Id just stick w/ the whole line. They just came out not long ago with a powder eyeshadow that is in a stick w/ a brush in it like mascara....its really hard to use..but once you get it down to how to get it out correctly, that stuff lasts all day. Normally eyeshadow is gone in a couple hours because my skin gets oily around my eyes..but that stuff sticks all day. I love it. And I love that the local Walgreens always has it super cheap..because they like to rotate which products of the line they carry, so they are always clearancing out stuff for like $2....lol

Default Bare Escentuals

I have been using Bare Escentuals (aka Bare Minerals) for about 4 1/2 yrs now, and I love it. It's all in powder form, and great for your skin--ultra light, not cakey, natural sun screen...perfect for people with acne. I highly recommend it! Check it out: http://www.bareescentuals.com/ You can also find it at Sephora ( http://www.sephora.com ).

Default Avon

I'm a sucker for Avon, ever since I began selling it 2 years ago. The Clear Finish Foundation contains 2% Salicylic Acid is great for acne prone skin. I also use the Clearskin Cleanser line which is great!

Red face makeup

I have had awsome luck with Cover FX. It was made for burn victims and it covers like you would not believe. It is all mineral and there for no more break outs! I recommend getting the brush to put it on with, the sponge harbours bacteria.
Good Luck

I used to use Revlon color stay for the coverage. It was okay... but the cosmetician (when I went to get another one) recommended a different product.

It's by Vichy - Dermablend. You only need a little dab, it spreads so well, feels light, but has awesome coverage. They also have a setting powder that claims you can even go swimming and not have to reapply. I don't have that as yet, but I might try it out. I just use my regular powder.

Anyways, a little of it goes a LONG way, and my face isn't nearly as greasy. It totally evens out my skin tone too.

Well, I work in the cosmetic/skin care/fragrance industry so I have always been a skincare "snob". For the last 16yrs I have used Aveda with great results but since December 2006(when I found out I have PCOS) nothing has worked. Over the last month I have found a great product line, it is called "Be fine" and I found it in a place I never purchase cosmetics/skincare. The line is only sold at CVS; it is allergan/fragrance free, paraben free and made with all vegetarian protiens. Website: www.be-skincare.com. Saw a change in my skin within a week, have turned many friends on to it and they have had great success also. As for makeup I use MAC's Select Cover-up as my foundation (it is made to be a spot cover-up but the beauty industry also uses it as a foundation), then use Aveda's Translucent loose powder (to set the cover up/just a light dusting) and then Aveda's Dual based powder for all day flawless coverage(also a light dusting). As for blush/eye color I was Aveda products. People always ask me how I get such a flawless look and I always tell them it is due to my makeup but since I have started with the "Be fine" line I'm starting to go out without makeup. I have been using some kind of coverup since I was 8 yrs old due to skin problems so it is so weird to be able to go out without makeup.

I notice that I have to switch every once in a while. Usually when I finish a bottle is when I find something different. After using any specific kind continuously, it seems to break me out more often. I just jump around between the different blemish control/oil control foundations.

any girls in the UK with oily skin might appreciate Tescos Barbara Daly range. The oil free foundation isn't drying, still gives that dewy look that regular foundations do, but you don't end up with an oil slick at the end of the day. It's not expensive either. In fact, the whole range is fab...there's no item in there that I couldn't recommend.

Default M.A.C. and Jane Ireland

I recently tried the jane ireland makeup and was very disappointed. My dermatologist and beautician reccomended it. It was a fortune and now I can't wear it. It doesn't cover anything. I am going to try Jane Irelands dissapear (its supposed to cover tattoos so it better cover my scars). If it doesn't work than I'm sticking to my MAC. The MAC studio fx foundation and powder keep oily skin dry and it covers very well. Its full coverage, so it is kinda thick and it does wipe off on your clothes, but its the best I've had so far. As for breaking out, the only thing I know that might cause a break out is Talc and I think MAC has talc in it. Try looking for make up that says non-comodogenic or hypoallergenic(hope I spelt those right). But usually those do not cover very well.
