Default Making sense of my bloodwork

So after years of being treated for PCOS, I began to be concerned about my thinning hair and asked that my hormones be tested.

The test was NOT on Cycle Day 3 and in fact, I started a week to 10 days after I had the tests done.

Here are the results:

FSH: 3.7
LH: 11.50
ESTRADIOL: 259.0
TESTOSTERONE: 19
SHBG 16
Testosterone, Free 4.4

What does all this mean, other than my estrogen is high and my testosterone isn't?
