hey chicks,

Well doc crumbled with my sad pathetic face and gave me both the femara and the vaniqa, but just when im celebrating my new found path,my fiances sperm lab results are in not good sperm count is poor, so now we have one of us ready to go the others stalled at the lights. We both feel deflated but are going to docs again friday to see what they can do,i heard sometimes they put men on clomid,i hope not otherwise im going to be on the receiving end of what he has for the last 12 months a clomid monster!!!

Anyone know any good remedies to improve sperm count,he usually takes multivitamins which have minerals in including zinc??

juls- on one of the other threads im on one of the women has just got a bfp after her husband being on clomid! id never heard of it before but its worked for them! ive only been using vaniqa a week but i can see an improvement already its been 3 days since i had to "do my chin" and its still hair free! usually i have to do it every other day!

me and dh are off camping today its beautiful weather here today, im a campin virgin lol so god help me got my gas hair straighteners ready lol heres where were going if anyones intrested its only an hour and bit from us:

Had a nice day out shopping with my sister and Caitlin my niece today, got her a cute little coral top and a Dora ball, and i bought a fathers day card lol, nothing for me this time!

Bought my self the lion King OST from eBay the other day tho, i get the mickey taken out of me but i love the film lol.

Tired now tho, looking forward to chilling out over the weekend and watching the rugby on sunday. Hope everyone has a good weekend xxx

Hello all!

Jules, I have been reading loads about increasing sperm count and there seems to be loads you can do - I am interested cos DF smokes and drinks coke, coffee and whisky, so am thinking of getting him some zinc - he wants some anyway for his receiding hairline....

Can anyone suggest something about my weird cycle? - I have cycles approx 50-52 days long, but this month had EWCM and bad cramps at CD 8!!! I am on CD 22 now and just confused as to whether I ovulated on CD 8 or if it should be around CD 37 (14 days before day 51) or if this means my luteal phase is abnormally long......... So confused, any idea's?

I finished my job BTW, she found someone for the whole season and that was the deal so not mad at her but still disappointed - oh and she still hasnt paid me anything!!! Even though i have asked 3 times gggrrrrrrrr.

My sister pissed me off a bit this week, she knows me and DF are desperate for cash to open our business and the other week she said "you know i feel bad i cant help, and if i could i would" and i know they have had money problems just lately so i believed her. But the other day she announced they have bought a motor home!!! Not on finance, they got a loan and got it that way!!! Not to mention they live in a 4 bed detached house, have 2 cars and a sharpei (dog) which they paid £1800 for!!! I was just a bit shocked that she said she would help me if she could but bought a motor home instead..... (cos we dont speak to our parents anymore, we are each others only family)

So, where is everyones gossip? Dont think I have seen a post from Jess lately? Hope everyone has a great weekend. xx
