Possibly taking the dogs to the beach for a swim and also shopping , need to study and clean my room including clean my rats out ..i got up just before midday today

I have been outside doing the garden with dh, i also did some sunbathing!! The sun has been shining all day

I have had a fantastic bank holiday weekend.

mines been ok... its better than work!! Managed 2 get most of my washing done cuz of the sun so am pleased about that!!

Two youngest had a teacher training day today and worser half not at work, so we took them here for the day:

I am suffering from the sunburn today, i am fair skinned and always applying suncream on. I think i need to get a higher factor cream. The one i have is only factor 15!

Factor 15 wont protect you if your fair sarah , factor 30+ should be more benificial to you

I still feel rough with this cold..
