Hi all
I would really recommend this book as it has lots of helpful tips on how to control PCOS symptoms and lots of low GI recipes to help with weight loss.
I have found it extremeny helpful and I am starting a low GI diet this week to see if I can shed a few pounds and help releive some of my symptoms and to help me to try to conceive.

Is it the same 'brand' of books at the other 'for dummies'? Those black and yellow ones?

I have this book it is excellent,i love the muffin recipes,they are yummy.
It gives you really sensible down to earth advice that's so easy to follow.

You are very welcome and it was only published this year so it is a very new book and the author is Gaynor Bussell who is a registered dietician! The ISBN for the book is: 978-0-470-05794-0 if this helps anyone going to buy it. It is such helpful book.

Any recommendation about another PCOS book? Amazon is recommending other books to go with this one (plus they have their "super shipper savings" is you spend $25). They have several listed, but I don't know if any are work getting.
