I don't know if you remember me, but you provided me with a lot of info on LapBanding, and an awful lot of support.

I had my surgery 22/02/05 and since then I have lost 55kg. This surgery has not only changed my body, but my whole lifestyle.

I just wanted to thank you for the support you gave me while I was in the process of being banded.

Are you at your goal weight now? I'm just so pleased to hear this, have often wondered how you were going.

What does your Hubby and DS think of the 'new you'?

First off.. Congratulations on #2!! Way to go!

And thank you again.

I am not quite at goal, I started out at 135kg, and am, as of this morning, 78kg. I would like to be closer to 70, but 75 will do.

My son thinks it is fantastic that Mummy goes running with him! He thinks it is a hoot. And DH is so very proud.

So, again. Thank you very much for the support you provided during the time I was making my choice. It turned out very well indeed.
