There's a company that makes "non grainy" low carb tortillas.... also very yummy! They come in different flavors like chipotle and salsa verde. Sometimes they have a buy one get one sale!

Wow, where do you get those? We have several Mexican markets around, but I've never been in one. Our local markets carry a few items like that, but very little varriety.
