Default Is Massage Helpful?

I have a friend who did IUI and accupuncture and now she is pregnant. I can't really stand the thought of needles but I've read massage can be helpful in conceiving as well. Does anyone have any insight into that?

I have read that it can be helpful. It relaxes you so that may help too. Even if not, it has other health benefits.

I know I when I was ttc the first time (3 years)......I was on bromocriptine, clomid, etc, I was so stressed out from being sick feeling and the meds not working. You must have hyperprolactinemia too? Do you know what your level was? The bromo didnt help me much but when I stopped all meds and started following a semi low carb diet, my level went down to 36 the first month and then 21 the next month. I had stopped taking all meds at that point. I did get a massage before I finally got pg with my son, but only 1 so I cant say that it was the massage that got me pg (cause I had also lost 30 pounds and got a new puppy and had recently gave up on ttc so it could have been any number of those things). Hang in there! I know its hard.

Does the bromo make you throw up? My dr told me I could insert it vaginally and it did help a bit.

My original prolactin level was 55. I was put on bromocriptine, 2.5 mg twice daily. My level dropped below 3 which was too low so now I just take one pill in the morning. The worse with the bromocriptine is sometimes when I wake up in the morning I open my eyes and it looks like the ceiling fan is on in the bedroom. It passes after about 30 seconds. I find I do have to eat when I take the bromo and the met.
