Just wondering... I just got back on Spiro 100mg a week ago. I too have problems with facial and body hair. After reading praises of the Laser removal I would like to give that a go. To maximize effectiveness should I wait until the Spiro starts kicking in??
Any advise would be fantastic!!

Right now the hair is on the usual spots: chin, neck, sideburns and a few on the checks. I have fair skin and the hair is black and coarse. I pluck right now because shaving irritates my skin and still leaves the "gray shadow/stuble". Though plucking still leaves the gray shadowing and some pimple like scars... so really it's a lose-lose situation! Before I was diagnosed with PCO I tried laser removal and it worked for a time then came back. So I am thinking that by combining it with the medication and maybe even that topical med (V... something?) it might see better results...?

vaniqua is pricey (and slow to work). You might want to try the combination of an anti-androgen and laser again.
If you get your laser done at an MD's office, they should be able to come up with the correct combination for you.
I've also found better laser rates at doctor's offices, rather than cosmetic 'spas'.
