Ok well I had my baby also. May 1st!!!!!!! I think I might be the first May baby?? Kennslee Nicole was born May 1st at 9:43pm. She weighed 7lbs 2oz and was 19 3/4 inches long.
My birth story:
Went in to be induced on April 30th which was Wednesday. They started the pitocin at about 7:30pm. The contractions started coming pretty strong after that but I wanted to hold off on the epi until I just couldnt bear it anymore. Well by the next morning the contrax were HORRIBLE!!!! But I was still only 2cm dialted even after laboring all night long. Well they fianlly gave in and let me have my epi even at only 2cm like 2pm on Thursday. Well it took them 3 tries before the anestesiologist(sp) got it in the right spot. But it was pretty ok after that. I wasnt completely numb but it was a whole lot better. Then the upped my pit around 8pm and in the next hour and 15 mins I went form 2cm to complete. So I started pushing around 9:15ish. And in the middle of me pushing my doc had to leave me and go deliver a baby a lady was having in her car outside.... But the nurse finished the delivery and all was well. I didnt need any stitches, no tearing at all. So all in all it wasnt a bad delivery, but very different than what i was expecting. I am going to try and post some pics...

Yay, more babies! Congratulations to Tita, Heather and Karen! I'm still having a hard time believing that we're in May and it's time to have babies!
So glad to hear about Jules!
I saw my doctor yesterday and she said she would induce the weekend of the 16th/17th if I hadn't delivered yet - I'm pretty glad that this is my last week of working, anyway.
I didn't sleep well last night with DH being gone, going to try and turn in early. Good night, ladies!

Hey Ladies,
Here I am in the hospital. Kasandra is doing amazing! Her big sister, Tiana, came to meet her today and she slept through the entire thing. Tiana is SO EXCITED that kaka is here. We go home tomorrow afternoon. Kasandra is doing AWESOME with breast feeding. Tiana wasn't into it at all but Kasandra was all about it. I still can't believe my contractions started at 2pm and Kasandra was here by 8pm! INSANE!
